Does Atlas Have A Return Policy?

Items purchased from AtlasWearables.com come with a 60 day no-hassle return policy. Contact Atlas support (support@atlaswearables.com) with your order number, order email, device serial number, and reason for your return. Our Support Team will supply you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be included with the returned product.

Refunds will be processed and paid within 2 business weeks of Atlas Wearables receiving the returned product. Shipping and handling charges and any purchaser-paid taxes (customs fees, duties, etc.) are non-refundable. Non-refundable fees include those paid for any Indiegogo or PayPal purchases. You will be responsible for return shipping charges and any risk of damage to or loss of product while in transit to Atlas Wearables. We highly recommend that you use a tracking service for your protection.

To qualify for a refund, product(s) must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. All returned products must be packed in the original packaging, including all accessories, charging cables, and instruction documentation. If product packaging is damaged and/or there are missing parts, your return may be subject to a restocking fee. If your product is damaged please refer to our 365 Day Limited Warranty information.

Items purchased through other retailers or online stores must be returned to the place of purchase. Return policies may vary. Please contact the dealer directly for their return policy information.
